U2 Fan Club Magazines: A Legacy in Print
From the early days of U2 Magazine to the different eras of Propaganda, the band’s official fan publications have offered a unique window into U2’s world. Across the years, these magazines have brought fans closer to the band through exclusive interviews, photographs, stories, artwork and behind-the-scenes material, becoming a treasured part of U2’s history and fan culture.
In 2004, the U2 fan club entered a new era with the launch of its subscription-based model through U2.com. While the magazine tradition had evolved, the connection between U2 and its fans continued in new forms, with subscribers receiving exclusive annual gifts ranging from CDs and DVDs to books and other collectibles.
